Introduction to ZP ZC type piston combination seal ring:
ZP ZC type double-acting piston seal is composed of an integral rubber cloth seal and two retaining rings to prevent extrusion. Its sliding surface is reinforced with special cloth, which allows the seal and cylinder to have the necessary lubricating oil film even in a long-term high-pressure static state. In this way, the starting friction and friction are reduced, and the wear of the dynamic surface of the seal is greatly reduced.
- Mainly used for double-acting cylinders of hydraulic supports and tunnel equipment.
- Working pressure: ≤500bar
- Working temperature: +5℃–+60℃ in HFA, HFB, HFC. Mineral oil -20℃–+100℃.
